We believe that the people closest to the problems are also the ones closest to the solutions.
That’s why our union is built from the ground up, by Amazon workers, for Amazon workers. We are organizing each other to build lasting, democratic power on the shop floor. Our unionism isn’t imported or imposed—it’s rooted in our lived experiences, our daily struggles, and our shared determination to transform this company from the inside out.
Our strategy is grounded in deep organizing: investing in relationships, building trust, and developing strong workplace leaders from within our own ranks. We reject transactional approaches and quick wins that fade. Instead, we build power slowly and deliberately, through committee-building, political education, and sustained struggle. We know that organizing is not about a single moment. It’s about creating a living structure that grows stronger over time.
We are not afraid to take bold, public action when necessary. Whether it’s a walkout, a rally, a strike, or a media campaign, we confront power head-on and make our demands impossible to ignore. But we don’t take action just to make noise—we do it strategically, as part of a larger plan rooted in worker leadership and collective decision-making.
We don’t rely on politicians, lawyers, or union bureaucrats to win our fights. We rely on each other. We believe in developing democratic strategies that reflect our real lives and give us collective strength. That means holding our union to the same standard of accountability that we demand from our bosses. Our union belongs to its members and we work every day to ensure it remains democratic, transparent, and answerable to the workers who built it.
Organizing Amazon is not easy, but it is necessary. We are taking on one of the most powerful corporations in the world. This fight is about more than wages or benefits. It’s about power, dignity, and control over our own lives. It’s about transforming the conditions under which millions of people live and work—and creating a future where workers no longer have to choose between survival and self-respect.
We are inspired by the labor movements that came before us but we are building something new. A fighting union for the 21st century: rooted in community, driven by justice, and fearless in the face of corporate power.
Amazon won’t change on its own—but when we organize together,
we don’t just change our workplace.
We change what’s possible.
